Black and white shrimp?

I was checking out my tank and noticed a little creature I've never seen before. Been trying to look up name but failed. ID please

Um, if it's a shrimp, google mantis shrimp. And if it is, find it it's own tank. Eeek!

From my searches it looks nothing like a mantis shrimp unless I'm wrong. Could it be a lobster? The thing is tiny, if you look close in the pic it's on top of my snails shell.

It kind of looks like the spiny lobster but it's missing the long antenna that a spiny would have I think.

they are similar to harlequin shrimp in that they eat starfish.
