Black worm...???

Hey all, Last night while flashlighting I saw in my cc a wormy looking thing. I could not see a face presay but when the light hit him he just kinda sunk back into himself. Should I be concerned or is this one ok? I cannot get a pic of it cause he only comes out at night. TIA!! Sue :0)

I very much doubt that this worm is anything but a detritis (waste) eater. Not likely to be a problem for anything in your tank.
