Blue tenticle?

If I shine a light in my tank when it's pitch dark, I can see a blue tenticle with two feathery fins at the top snake it's way into on of the holes in my LR. Apparently it hates light. Can't get a pic, since it only comes out in the dark.

Any clue?

try using a camera with a flash in the dark and see if it will light it up in the dark and just get a glimpse of it
