Bristle worm question again ?

I'm one of thos bristle worm friendly guys, as long as I keep the numbers at a good level they are a big part of my cuc, I know there are harmless worms and the not so harmless, I have YouTubed this but I'm finding it hard to tell the difference with this little bugga I found tonight. Any ideas cheers
