Broadleaf algae

Okay so my tank is running well and I've letting this leaf algae grow. It looks great in the tank but it is bothering me that I don't know what it is of if I should get rid of it. Can anyone offer some suggestions as to what it is? Should I keep it? Is there anything in the the clean up crew club that will keep it controlled? Thanks

I forget what its called but i know its a good food source for certain fish and critters. Keep it. Just dont let it get out of control.
