Bubble algae?

Have what I think might be bubble algae growing on a piece of lr. It's hard to the touch and doesn't retract or move if I touch or poke it.

There's more that looks somewhat similar to the pic except its not "inflated" like this. It sits flat hugging the lr. Also hard to the touch and doesn't retract. Any thoughts?

Looks and sounds like bubble algae to me. Don't pop it. That will spread them. Remove carefully if you can.
 
Defiantly bubble algae, don't pop em, when they turn white they will pop soon you can remove them w out popping w a credit card (if on tank sides) or w tweezers carefully, but that increasing likelihood they will pop
