I bought this live rock yesterday and I can't figure out what are this little plants are??

They are not bad in the right conditions they will spread like a weed so you might have to keep them trimmed back if you dont want that many

IMO Aiptasia or some kind of anthelia, google a little to see which guys you have. I can't tell very well from the picture

After a few minutes I was this worms I guess come down from my live rock what are they and are they a benefit to my aquarium?
