Can someone please ID this crab

I think he might be the one picking on all my other inverts.

Anyone know what this is? Should he be removed?

I would say Banded Clinging Crab (Mithrax cinctimanus) also called an anemone crab maybe.

I ask because my 2 serpant stars have both turned up dead over the past 2 weeks. I find him eating whats left of them when I discover they have passed away. Also finding my worms turning up dead.

My water parameters are fine... fish and other blue legs are all happy.

I removed all of mine, but that's me. I only do hermits in my reef. The rest are banished to the mantis tank (where only one has survived...he and the mantis are the odd couple.)
