If there is a tube that looks like a fish poop, it's a duster. They spread like crazy but are beneficial.

Could be any number of filter feeders as well. Doesn't look like an aiptasia, so it shouldnt be hurting anything.

100% feather duster harmless , filter feeder ,,, I have a few in my tank one that is striped and got quite huge ,others that are red and some others that are white , neat lil guys I am protective of mine (or as much as I can be )
