Can you id this please?

Can you id these for me please? They look like tiny green feather dusters, and are fluorescent.......... I've never seen them retract, though and they are attached to LR by long, rubbery tubes.

There are some green zoas and 2 white sponges on the rock in the first picture, but there are also long (2" - 3") rubbery tubes with what looks like tiny fluorescent feather duster heads coming out of them. They're tiny so it's hard to see if the crown is smooth or feathery. Also I have never seen the "heads" retract into their tubes. The first picture shows the rubbery tubes best, the second picture shows the head / crown best, especially if you zoom. Tube anemones or some sort of coral?
