clear thing, pops out of sand, string-like appendages - Aquarium Advice

Ok here's what I've got... a colorless (clear) thing that partially popped up out of the sand today. It's got hair-like appendages (?) that are out in all directions & pulling in grains of sand towards the main body. I think it has eyes, but I'm not sure that's what they are.

Very likely it! The tentacles on mine aren't that long, but maybe I've got a juvenile. These are pretty common on [acronym:4d53361a13="Live rock"]LR[/acronym:4d53361a13], right?

I got lots of them with my [acronym:cfdc717de1="Live rock"]LR[/acronym:cfdc717de1]. From red to green and everything in between. They're on my rock, my sand, etc.
