My friend has a bunch of purple "bubbles" clinging to her lr. Her clownfish (false percs) are extremely aggressive to her hand (they never used to be). They also seem to be fanning them. Is this a sign?

Recently her Banded shrimp died of mysterious circumstances. As did her damsel. At first she thought it was her sand sifter star because it was awful close to the scenes of the crimes. But her 3 clowns are fine.

If these are indeed eggs, what should she do? If they are not eggs, what are they? TIA!

i doubt her sandsifter could kill the damsels, most likly it was close to the scene because it smelled the weet scent of death and was eating the already dead bodies

Theres a very good chance that they are eggs. You can leave them to hatch or move them to a 5-10 gal tank with a airstone to simulate the fish fanning them)
Good luck
