Looks like a variation of Xanthid to me. What do you need to know? Reef safe? I doubt it. Looks like a good candidate for the sump.

I believe this to be a crab in the Pilumnus genus. Try looking up Pilumnus vespertilio. If that is not it, try looking up Pilumnus in google image. You should find a bunch of photos of different crabs in this genus.
