can someone give me the actual name of this guy? I want to get one but it is not the porcelain crab also called the anemone crab that I am looking for. I want the one that carries the anemone on his shell Thank you!

you are thinking of pom pom crab. an anemone crab lives in an anemone.
IMO, that's just a hermit that wants a new shell, which happens to have an anemone attached.
