Found this in one of my live rock eating algea, is it bad or good, right now hes in a small platic cap i pull it out just to make sure. Thanks sorry about the picture quality.

Looks like a Sally light foot crab. Do a google search to confirm, I believe they are considered safe but I would verify that while doing your google search.
 
Actually, it seems more like a acropora crab. It doesn't look like a box crab, so I'd keep it, and see what it does

+1 had one hitchhike into my tank but a snail try to climb into his hole and got jammed so now no snail or crab lol but they are a good addition to your tank.
 
Doesn't look harmful to me. Just put it in your sump and observe its eating habits.
