Crayfish? Some kind of shrimp?

This guy came with a tank I bought and I'm not really sure what it is....... It's claws are smaller then the crayfish I'm used to. Any help will help .

When u reply on here, there is a plus sign on the top right hand corner. Next to "send". Press that and there r options to send pic.
