Euphoria type and mysterious bubbles

Anyone have any idea what type coral this is? Bought as a torch, but hammer type traits, with very short tentacles. It also has a huge bubble in the middle of each head.Click image for larger version

Looks like a hammer to me. In terms of the bubble in the middle, it is most likely an over inflated head. Rare, but happens from time to time. Unsure of the cause, but have never seen it be harmful.
