feather duster....maybe?

hi, i would like a second opinion on this red creature. i was told this is a feather duster but i have never seen a red one before. the picture is blurry and crappy because it's so small and my phone doesn't zoom that well. it doesn't look like an aiptasia either.

Looks like a feather duster to me. They come in all sizes and colors. I have white and brown ones, black and blue ones and even some bright orange ones.

well, you see the thing is that it's so small. i understand that feather dusters have tubes, but this guy right here seems to be embedded into the rock. I'm not sure whether it's a pest i should be worried about
