I have what I originally thought was a good sized baby feather duster on my rock but the more I look at it the more I think it may be aiptasia. Is there anyway to tell for sure? I'm going to try to take a picture in the morning but with the angle that its pointing at it may be difficult. Is there any harm in injecting it with lemon juice either way?

Aiptasia is a form of Anemones will have tube like arms. Feather Duster will have fine arms with hair like fringe and will retract into a tube. I used peppermint shrimp to rid my system of the dreaded Aiptasia and a commercial product for the biggest ones. The shrimp will get the ones you can't see. I don't see why you shouldn't use lemon juice carefully so you don't hurt any corals if you have them.
