Flat white spot things

Could anyone tell me what these white things are on the back of my reef tank glass? I scrap them off but they keep coming back. I have uploaded a picture. Thanks

If salt then thats good i dont have to worry. But if dead coarline algae is that bad?

It`s not bad. To me it looks like the start of coralline. It`s the hard red, purple and other colors that grow on your glass and rock.
