Hey Iím trying to figure out what this is? I found it in the sand and instantly panicked. Not sire what it is if anyone can help

Itís a bristle worm. Harmless member of your clean up crew. If you feed too much, they will get huge.

No. Theyíll eat uneaten food and poop. Only thing they will hurt is your hand if you touch them. The spines on the side do sting a little and can be hard to get out of your hand at times.
