Found red coral looking thing on my tank

So I was doing some cleaning to the tank and I noticed this small red finger like creatur on the glass. I went to my gf's to get a camera and now he is gone. I made an enlarged sketch of what he looked like. (looked alot like a torch coral just on a very small scale, maybe 2cm long). Anyways the bottom of him had like a clear bubble looking type thing.

Anyone have any ideas what this might be?

It could have hitchhiked in on setup and you may never see it but in this case you did.
