Hey this came on some live rock I got and I'm not sure what it is, if anyone could help it would great

All 3 are aiptasia. Best to remove it from your tank.

It's hit or miss on peppermint shrimps. Some will eat aiptasia. Some won't.

Fire works well if you have just started your tank and can easily and replace the rock. Take it out and put a lighter to it.

Aiptasia-X is a nice product and you'll use it more than you think. Just get it. Do NOT smash or scrape those baddies. If they're big enough, the Aiptasia-X is even fun - quite dramatic collapse of their whole stalk.

I also read here that hot lemon juice is very effective. Put it in a syringe and inject it close the the base the the stalk.
I also read on another forum they were using hi powered blue lasers for everything unwanted in the tank. They ad a whole stickie thread dedicated to it. With a few videos. Crazy stuff.
