Good algae or Bad

Is this a good sign of a new tank or no??? Started with Dry Rock About a month and a half in.

Appears to be diatoms. Definitely a normal part of starting up a tank. They will usually clear up on their own after a month or 2.

Will my Hermit crab or shrimp clean it?

They are all the norm and will it will clear up. You've got one of the first signs of a new setup, enjoy it because IMO you're going through the exciting part
