Green star polyps has white spots, please help!

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to corals. I have only had a 65 gallon for about a week but I bought it from someone else and it was a full set so everything was established for over a year before that. Yesterday I noticed that in some areas of the coral that it was covered in white spots that look like little white translucent bags. If you know what this is and think it's a problem then please feel free to comment!!!

Most likely pods. Beneficial members of the clean up crew. And my god is that a ton of GSP...

it spreads fast a lot of us try to avoid it as it can overtake things rather quickly ,
I have seen some keep just GSP in fowlr tanks it adds a little life to the rocks,
