Hammer or Torch

Hey how are you guys? Was cleaning my tank today and I wonder is this a hammer or a torch I was told it's a hammer when I bought it but I'm not sure nowClick image for larger version

Looking closer it does look like some of the tips are oblong

If you paid for a torch, they are usually pricey, Iíd be asking for a few bucks back..
