An anyone confirm if this is a club tipped anemone? Its a hitchhiker on my LR and it seems to be getting fairly big. I recently added 2 small cleaner shrimps and 6 green chromis to my tank and the shrimps and 2 chromis have disappeared. Do you think the anemone ate it? at the moment the anemone looks very guilty given its sudden plumpness. I have now moved the rock into my refugium to prevent any more 'fishnappings'...

Any suggestions???

Does its tentacles get a lot longer than that ? If they don't I would really doubt it ate your fish. Usually healthy fish know to steer clear of an anemone, but it's possible especially if they were not doing well and not swimming and got blown into the anemone he would definatly eat them.

Well my 2 shrimps were very small and do were the 2 chromis. The anemone sometimes extends out and today it was looking unusually fat...

Can you confirm it's a club tipped anemone?
