Help me to identify

They are reef safe but rarely do well in captivity due to their nutritional requirements I have never owned one perhaps someone will chime in I know their diet ranges from algae to flatworms which would be difficult to do
 
That's Hypseledoris bullocki. It only feeds on sponges and no one knows exactly what genus of sponges it feeds on. I'd take it back, it will starve and die in your tank
