Picked up a few pieces of rubble with some zoas attached an found what looks kind of like a small anemone with clear tentacles and pink ball looking tips?? Does anyone have an idea of what it is?

Hi could be a kind of nuisance Aiptasi as had them on some rock and had one off those aswell so dosed all of them at same time when treated the rock

I have so many of those things in my tank. I always wandered what it was but knew they weren't bad or anything so I let them grow and multiply. They look cool to me.

That is an orange ball tip anemone. Should note that they have very sticky tentacles and will eat small fish. Mostly nocturnal. Pretty cool though.

They will not eat small fish. You are referring to pseudocorynactis. corynactis doesn't get larger than a dime. There isn't a fish small enough to fit in it's mouth.
