Just started a saltwater tank! Are these good or bad hitchhikers? Thanks for your comments.

Looks like you have some aiptasia. Don't pick at them or they will spread.

Take a look at this website and see if you can identify anything.

As far as the Aiptasia there are many ways to get rid of them. Aiptasia-X works well, peppermint shrimps are your best option, and squirting a LITTLE bit of lemon juice helps also.

The darker looking thing looks like a button polyp, that is not something that is bad.
 
i don't know if peppermint shrimp are the best option. they are hit or miss when it comes to aptasia. squirting lemon juice at the anemone won't kill it either. you'd have to inject it into it with a syringe.
the creature on the glass appears to be a stomatella snail and if so, is harmless.
