I have a lot of white point over my tank glass, they look like somekind of snails but I dont have an idea about what is it.

Just noticed this myself on my own glass, some type of micro snail perhaps?
 
If they are moving, look up colonista snails and see if that is what you have. If so, they are harmless, but they will infest your glass heavily during the night.

If they are stationary, look up spionid worms. These are harmless as well.

Is that an app or attachment?! I want it! And I heard recently that mysis shrimp lay their eggs in/around these shells? My sump is completely covered in them.
 
+1 on feather dusters. I have watched mine grow and can see the crown on some of the bigger ones. 2 have come out deep red in colour. Very cool.
