Hydroid jellyfish??

I have these little things all over the glass in my tank, I think they are hydroid jellyfish(from what I've read). They look like little snowflakes. They're white with little a dot in the middle and little arms all around the dot. There are about 50 of them right now. I didn't even notice them yesterday, so I think they are growing or multiplying fast, does anyone know what they are and if they're good or bad??

I'm almost sure thats what they are, but they don't tell you if they good bad or just there. Does anyone know?
