What kind of Anemone is this and I have two clown fish, a black and white, with a orange and white clownfish. Would they end up hosting the anemone?

It looks like a sebae to me, clownfish are hit and miss when it comes to hosting Nems even if they do with that species in the wild. It could take a day, it could take a week or it might not ever happen. I got lucky when I released mine into my tank as they both went straight for my hammer coral.

Here's a second look at my nem

You guys sure this is a sebae? And let's say I do go ahead and upgrade my lighting, there's still no hope in my clownfish hosting in this?

That anemone is in poor shape. The mouth gaping open like that and it's lack of color are good indicators. Check your parameters.
