Hard to tell exactly as not enough light but kinda looks like a scrunched up bristle worm. Does it have a lot of hairs/spines sticking out of it in 2 rows ?

Yeh kind of if I look at it straight on, not seen it move yet.

Yeah looks like a bristle worm. What ever you do DO NOT touch it with bare hands. Can be beneficial part of clean up crew but some people don't like them. Toss it or keep it. It's up to you.

Thanks. Do they sting or something?

The bristles will get stuck in your skin like cactus needles. And there are a lot of them in a very small area. It's a bit painfull.
