ID needed snail?

Found this on a new piece of rock. It looks like a snail, but has the crazy segmented pointed cone thing where the body would normaly be. Almost like the head of a worm or something. Is it good or bad news?

Did it come in on a zoanthid? If so it could be a Heliacus sp. snail, bad for zoos, since that is what they eat. That is about the closest I can get. Hopefully some one else can do a better or more specific ID.
