ID on green thing on my rock please

I got this rock from a friend and I noticed this green plant/polypy thing growing on it the other day. I have no idea what it is.

Help please?

Can you get a closer up picture? Looks like green star polyps to me I think.

Look to be polyps, possibly pachyclavularia. Are they soft? Is that a mat I see them connected to?

They are growing on a piece of lr. It is difficult to get them in focus when I take a pic. I will try and zoom in on the next one. Many of them do not open yet. Overall they are kinda small. The green is more neon in real life than in the pic.
