ID on Protopolytoa?

Can anyone tell me if this is the correct name for this?
Also, does it produce polytoxin? I've read to take caution when handling. Getting redy to put in tank. Sorry for blurry pic. It is still in bag.

Yes it is some type of paly aka button polyp. Yes it could have palytoxin.
