I'm pretty sure the first one is a apatasia, and the second one maybe a feather duster? Just don't know what type and its actually on my scarlet hermit crab shell. So will it stay there or will it fall off

First pic looks more like a mojano anemone to me, still want to remove it as they can quickly multiply just like aiptasia. The second is a feather duster which is good to have, harmless filter feeder.
