Put this on my sandbed for a couple minutes before i notice the tiny slugs on it. Took it out right away to dip in revive. Hopefully none crawled off into the sand in that time. Are these bad?

Those are flatworms.

I'd want to remove as many of them as possible. They can smother corals.
