Looks like a mushroom to me.

It's Not a mushroom it moves all around the tank

Looks like a carpet nem. Can you see it move, or does it move overnight.....?

It moves Day and night. Looks like it has a head of a snail

It's been in my tank for over six months and its not hurt anything .I was just wondering what it was

I don't think it is a snail. It's most likely some sort of anemone.

Hm. Is it soft or hard? I'd recommend putting in gloves just in case. But in that picture it doesn't look anything like the previous ones. Whether it is soft or hard will clear some things up.

That almost looks like a gigantic stomatella snail. I've never seen one that big though.

And the hole in the center will open and close . On the edges is soft but the center it's hard

It's a keyhole limpet. Pretty cool.

I almost bought a black one the other day but they told me some times they will bother SPS so I passed. Awesome little guys though!

I saw that on one of the websites, but I wondered if it wasn't just an isolated incident or perhaps a copy and paste type of thing with no data to back it up. Jvaldez - do you have any sps in your tank?

I can't have sps because my coral beauty will kill it faster that I can put it in.. Got a lot of lps and soft corals it usually don't go around the corals mostly stays on the rocks

Did you witness this? I see the pigmy angels going more for softies and lps than sps.

Yeah I put a Birdsnest and a branching montipora in and all it did was picked at it.. The coral beauty don't bother any of my other corals for some reason it just don't like SPS

I really wish I could have sps .. But coral beauty has a good personality name is fat boy because he's fat and don't miss a meal lol .it's not shy always up the front of tank to see you and Will eat out of my hand
