well it looks a lot like a toadstool mixed with a flower pot coral.

is i hard or soft to the touch?

it is the polyps that are makeing me thing some thing else. they are way too big for a toadstool. and that makes it look more like a flowerpot. dose it have a tall stock? if so then it is a toadstool if you really can see one lard tall stoc like a tree then it is a flowerpot.
