Ok. Il try. But I'm talking about those purple plant like things growing out the sand. They don't look like any algae at all. More like a coral. But I don't think it is a coral either. Just some weird looking growth.
They are strange looking. I'm not sure what they are either. It's possible they are some form of red macro algae. They could also be some kind of coral. Time should tell if they survive and grow out some more. Definitely not anything I would worry about. They could even some kind of strange branching sponge that has replicated in your tank.
