ID this please - Aquarium Advice

Hi just wondering i seen this floating around in my tank this morning.
will have pics soon but its a clear looking thing about the size of half your little finger floating around. sort of looks like a clear plastic bag. Jellyfish? or just some sort of waste or something?

Could be a number of things. It could be a flatworm or simply debris... A pic would be very helpful if you can get one.

I would say a flat worm also but need a pic. Do you see it Here

possible a flatworm but not that colour. its a clear translucent colour. are they good/bad?

Does it look like the clear flatworm on the right. The article tells you how to get rid of them.
