Look up Sea Squirt Tunicate
looking at the tubs laying on your rock and also those crater looking things
almost looks like what I had , I would lean towards either spinoid worms or vermid snails , a stiff tooth brush scrubbing them off dipping brush in peroxide as you scrub
than rinse the rock in a pail of tank water to neutralize the peroxide ,
