You can tell because of the giant black spot on the fin. That is a 'one spot' blenny. You can see the differences here: Saltwater Aquarium Fish for Marine Aquariums: Sailfin/Algae Blenny Saltwater Aquarium Fish for Marine Aquariums: One Spot Blenny The photo on the one spot's page isn't as good as the one on LA's blenny page. It gives a much better ID for the one spot there.
