I'm pretty sure its a pod...but what type?

Found the parents to almost ever running critter in my tank. They are around 1/4 inch long...that minus the antenni. But if anyone can get my an exact type of pod then that would be great.

Not sure what you mean by this.

Can you post more pics of these? I can't tell exactly what kind of critter you have there. I'd say some kind of Isopod but the body isn't elongated which would help verify that identification.

What I meant is that I have tons of these pods running wild in the tank. These two are just the largest so I think of them as the parents to the brood. I'll try and get some better pictures, though it took me 8 shots just to get that one...but maybe I'll get lucky.

The critter pictured is a Gamarrus Amphipod.
