Is this a bristle worm?

found a white wormy thing in my tank on my live rock. I cant get a decent pic but found this online and it looks very similar. Could be the same thing. Is it reef safe??

As a general rule, when someone asks "is this a bristle worm?" the answer is usually yes. This is usually followed by "Is it bad?" or "How do I kill it?"
Bristle worms are good, and you should be pleased to have them! Bristle worms are not just reef safe, they are extremely beneficial.
Should be noted that there are several thousand species of polychaete worms, and there are a very small number that are less friendly. But in all the bristleworm threads, I've never seen anyone post a picture of an undesirable one.
