Is this a flat worm?

I believe I saw this thing on a piece of new LR I purchased on Saturday, and it moved to the middle of the tank and hasn't moved very much( as far as I can tell the last 2 days.) But I haven't been able to move the new piece( its only 1 1/2 pounds) in the bottom right of the tank profile. I can't remember if this green substance has been there the whole time on this rock? Help needed!

From the pics it doesn't look like it has moved. I would say it isn't.

No doesn't look like it. You planning on corals? Just wanted to let you know the choc star will eat them I don't know if you know or not just dont want you to be disappointed if you get some.

Yeah I plan on corals and nems and I know that the CCSF will eat them, I recently had a torch coral and he never touched um. But I'm going to find him a new home when I go to corals. Anybody know what the green matter is?
