I was moving around my rocks a found this. I dont know what it is. Please indentify it for me and tell me if its safe. This is the best picture I can take with the camera.

Looks like tunicates. Pretty neat little filter feeders.

I agree. They are harmless and as Cindy said they are filter feeders.
