Is this diatoms, or some weird kind of cyano, or other?

What is it? It has a flaky consistency not slimy. The clear spot in the center is from my finger. How do I get rid of it? I just finished cycling.

If I had to bet I would say diatoms....... they'll just die off on their own when they've used all the nutrients up...... standard part of a cycle.........
